One of Free Energy’s largest future markets is expected to be residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products. The heating and cooling components of the conventional systems require the most energy and the most maintenance; opening the door for the superconducting efficiencies of Free Energy’s products to create a revolution in this sector.
Borrowing from geo exchange principles, the Superconductor rods are inserted into the earth surrounding any building, and the earth’s natural heat will passively travel to the heat pump located inside where the heat is boosted to operating temperatures at energy savings greater than 50%. In hot climates or seasons, the cycle is reversed and the warm room temperatures are moved into the earth creating the air conditioning cycle.
